Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our West Reading, PA facility. You will evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with other professionals to improve outcomes.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active state license with NPTE, and about 1 year of experience is preferred. Benefits include full medical, 401k, licensure reimbursement, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of prior PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
