Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing network in Cherryville, NC. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and coordinate care with other disciplines to improve quality of life for skilled-care residents.

Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and an active NPTE license. Prior PT experience is preferred; a full-time daytime schedule with generous benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
