Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Cherryville, NC. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered PT care across a growing network of locations.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, active license, NPTE completion, and a preference for 1 year of PT experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required and licensure current.
• State license in good standing; NPTE must be passed.
• One year of PT experience encouraged.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
