Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Norton Health & Rehab location in Galloway, OH. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize recovery outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy, possess a valid state license (NPTE), and have at least 1 year of experience. We offer full benefits, 401k, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
