Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for overnight shifts. Starting at $16 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversaries.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using scripts.
• Greet members and sign up new members and tours.
• Log amenities for members.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
