Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise operator, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll work Monday-Thursday 6:15PM–11:15PM (20 hrs/week) with a starting wage of $15 per hour and progression at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months based on anniversary date.

You will greet members, answer questions, log amenities, process purchases at the POS, promote fitness classes, and maintain a clean, safe club environment while delivering a Judgement

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely using information script.
• Greet members, sign them up, and offer tours.
• Log amenities and process beverage/merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) and maintain a clean, safe club environment.
