Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Indianapolis is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer phones, process purchases, promote fitness classes, and keep the club clean and safe. Prior customer service experience is preferred; 18+ and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to our members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
