Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness clubs. Starting pay is $16 per hour with scheduled evening shifts. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, log amenities, and process purchases while promoting classes.

The role offers growth opportunities, shift-differential pay on select shifts, PTO, and a free Black Card membership. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line support.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones and greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes and memberships to current and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
