National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise operator, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Brownsburg, IN. The role focuses on delivering a superior, judgement-free member experience, answering calls, greeting members, and assisting with sign-ups and tours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members; assist with sign-ups and tours.
• Log amenities and assist with beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new sign-ups; maintain a clean, safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
