Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Representative in Jenkintown, PA. You will greet members, answer questions, process purchases, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled shifts: Wed 5pm–10pm, Thu 5pm–10pm, Fri 2pm–9:15pm, plus periodic raises after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
