Job summary

Planet Fitness in Baltimore is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience at our clubs. You will join a team that values accountability, drive, and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, signing up and touring new members, logging amenities, processing POS transactions, promoting fitness classes, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in a busy club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required (POS systems, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and prospective members.
• Answer phones and greet members with a friendly demeanor.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
