Job summary

Planet Fitness in Indianapolis is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will provide a superior member experience, answer calls, greet guests, sign up new members and log amenities, and promote fitness classes.

The role requires basic computer skills, 18+ age, and a friendly, professional demeanor. We offer growth opportunities, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, 401K with employer match, and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones politely using script and greet members.
• Sign up new members, tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases at the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Keep the club clean, sanitized and safe.
