Job summary

University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, NE, seeks a detail‑oriented administrative coordinator to support the CAHP Physical Therapy program. You will coordinate day‑to‑day activities for the program director, faculty, staff, and students and liaise with CAHP, UNMC and external contacts to support accreditation, admissions, curriculum delivery, events and communications.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, Communications, or related fields.
  • Will consider five years related education/experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, healthcare, communication-related fields) preferred.
  • 5 years increasingly responsible administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for providing the day-to-day coordination of program-specific activities to support the Physical Therapy Education Program Director, faculty, staff, and students. This position works closely with other departments, CAHP , UNMC and external contacts to support accreditation, admissions and recruitment, curriculum development and delivery, events, research, communications, and other administrative activities assigned to the program.
