Job summary

University Of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced administrator to serve the Department of Neurosurgery. You will manage fiscal, personnel, and other resources and provide support to the Department Chair and Administrator, reporting to the Department Administrator.

The role requires a minimum associate degree (or equivalent), at least five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Required Experience: 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
  • Must possess superior interpersonal skills, professionalism and ability to interact with faculty, administrative staff and coworkers.
  • Excellent word processing, spreadsheet, writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Represents the Department of Neurosurgery to internal and external parties and organizations.
  • Responsible for fiscal, personnel, and other resource management within the department.
  • Supports activities for the Department Chair and Administrator, reporting to the Department Administrator.

Position Summary

Serves as representative for the Department of Neurosurgery to internal and externalparties and organizations. Responsible for fiscal, personnel, and other resource management within the Department of Neurosurgery and support activities to Department Chair and Administrator, reporting to the Department Administrator.
