Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to prioritize and organize multiple complex duties with independent judgement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive support to the Deputy Director of the FPBCC.
  • Coordinate office operations for FPBCC leadership and programs.
  • Interact with directors, government and community leaders, staff and the public.
  • Exercise discretion and judgement in handling confidential issues.
  • Support planning for special projects and programs.

Position Summary

The Administrative Associate II provides direct executive support to the Deputy Director of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center ( FPBCC ). This position has campus and university wide interaction with all levels of FPBCC directors and offices, along with government and community leaders, current and potential staff, and the public, and must exercise discretion and judgement in handling sensitive, confidential issues. Under general direction, provides office support and planning for special projects and programs for the Deputy Director
