Job summary

University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha seeks a Primary Coordinator for two GME programs, overseeing 12 or fewer house officers. You will plan, organize, and implement graduate medical education activities, schedule meetings, and coordinate events with attention to policy and procedure alignment.

You will prepare correspondence and reports, analyze data, and work with hospital administration and departments to support program objectives while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent is required; six years education/experience may be substituted for degree.
  • 4 years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience including some program/project coordination.

Position Summary

Prepares and can give a moderate analysis of reports. Independently plans, organizes and implements graduate medical education activities. Schedules meetings/appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and events.
