Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a leading Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Saturday and Sunday shifts in Indianapolis. Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months based on anniversary dates.

This role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free experience, handling member onboarding, and promoting fitness classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
