Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will welcome members, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and log amenities while promoting our fitness programs and maintaining a clean, inviting club.

This role offers on-site shifts with competitive hourly pay, occasional raises, and shift-differential pay on select shifts, plus PTO and a free Black Card Membership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to answer phone professionally and log information.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, tour them, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
