Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness location. You will deliver friendly, helpful service to members and guests, sign up new members, and promote classes.

Responsibilities include answering calls, logging amenities, processing purchases at the POS, and keeping the club clean and safe. 18+ and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members in a friendly manner.
• Sign up new members, tour facilities, and log amenities.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and operate POS for purchases.
