Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness clubs. You will deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests, assist with sign-ups, tours, and amenities, and process purchases at the point of sale.

The role requires 18+, basic computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Weekend shifts and a merit-based progression plan accompany the position, with benefits listed above.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and provide tours.
• Log amenities and process purchases at the POS.
• Respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Promote fitness classes and programs to members and guests.
• Keep the club environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
