Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members and guests with a friendly, professional experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, promoting fitness classes, and maintaining a clean club environment. The role offers schedule variety and opportunities for advancement within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours as needed.
• Answer phones with a friendly, information-based script.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
