Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in the Shippensburg area. Starting pay is $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter based on anniversary date.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes. Basic computer skills required; 18+ and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or shown.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly manner.
• Sign up and tour new members; log amenities.
• Answer phones and assist with information scripts.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote Planet Fitness classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.
