Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at our Village Green location. You will deliver a premier, judgement-free member experience, greet and sign up members, and assist guests with amenities while maintaining a clean club environment.

Role includes phone support, processing purchases at POS, and promoting fitness classes. Benefits include growth opportunities, PTO, EAP, and a free Black Card membership. Must be 18+ and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
