Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our Judgement Free environment.

You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, and promote our fitness instruction classes while ensuring a clean, welcoming club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
