Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness clubs. You will greet and assist members, answer calls, process sign-ups, and promote fitness programs in a friendly, brand-aligned environment.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $12 with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter. A strong emphasis is placed on member experience and a Judgement Free environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new joiners.
