Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to enhance the Judgement Free experience for members and guests in New Jersey. The role offers opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule, with hourly wage starting at $16 and phased increases based on time and anniversaries.

Responsibilities include greeting members, signing up new members, answering inquiries, processing POS transactions, and promoting fitness classes.

• Sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
