Job summary

Planet Fitness in Noblesville, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer phones, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

You will process purchases at the POS, promote fitness classes, and help maintain a clean, safe, judgment-free club environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer skills and quick typing ability.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases through the POS system and log transactions.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests, assist with sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
