Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise in Millsboro, Delaware, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver a Judgement Free member experience.

You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, and process purchases while maintaining a clean club. Starting wage is $15/hour, with scheduled increases based on anniversary dates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.

Part- Time: Starting at $15 per hour. Fridays 4:15p-9:15p.
