Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, and assist with tours while maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, shift differentials on select shifts, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership. Must be 18+, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
