Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Fishers, IN. You will greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and handle POS transactions to ensure a clean, welcoming club environment.

Eligible candidates have customer service experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. Benefits include PTO, EAP, shift-differential pay, and a free Black Card Membership.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
