Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Fishers, IN, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members. You will handle member sign-ups, inquiries, and club processes across weekend and weekday shifts, contributing to a Judgement Free fitness experience.

The position offers starting pay of $12 per hour, with scheduled hourly increases and shift-differential pay on select shifts at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedule B: Every Friday 3 PM - 9:15 PM, Saturday and Sunday 11 AM - 7:15 PM

Schedule C: Every Monday 4:45 AM - 10 AM, Tuesday through Friday 6 AM to 11 AM

Schedule D: Every Monday - Friday 10 AM to 3 PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
