Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service to members and guests. You will greet customers, process signups and purchases, and assist with club amenities in a Judgement Free environment.

You’ll respond to inquiries, promote fitness programs, and help maintain a clean and welcoming club. This role offers growth opportunities and schedule flexibility with hourly pay increases at key milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and handle inquiries professionally.
• Comfort with using a point-of-sale system and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely and follow information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
