Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness franchise team in Harrisburg. The role focuses on delivering a Judgement Free, supportive member experience while handling sign-ups, inquiries, and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour. Monday through Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-9pm. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
