Job summary

National Fitness Partners seeks a Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members, answer questions, enroll new members, and promote classes in a Judgement Free environment.

This full-time role features early-morning hours, starting pay of $12 per hour, and milestone-based increases. Benefits include PTO, 401K with employer match, health options, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule: Mon.-Wed. [5am-11am] & Thurs.- Fri. [5am-10am]

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system


• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members


• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
