Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Chicopee, MA. The role entails delivering a superior, Judgement Free experience to members and guests, greeting and signing up new members, handling transactions at the POS, and promoting fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests
• Greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using a script
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
• Work Saturday 1pm–7pm, Monday 2pm–10pm, Tuesday 2pm–10pm, Wednesday 3pm–10pm, Thursday 3pm–10pm

Job description

Full - Time: Starting at $15.00 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script


• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system


• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members


• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment


• Saturday 1pm to7pm


• Monday 2pm to 10pm


• Tuesday 2pm to 10pm


• Wednesday 3pm to 10pm


• Thursday 3pm to 10pm
