Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Altoona, PA to deliver exceptional member experiences at our Planet Fitness locations. Starting pay is $12 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on tenure and anniversary date.

The role emphasizes friendly member interactions, POS transactions, class promotions (PE@PF), and maintaining a clean, safe club environment to uphold our Judgement Free philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
