Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Indiana to deliver a high level of member service at Planet Fitness locations. The role involves answering phones, greeting members, handling sign-ups, and logging amenities to ensure a smooth, Judgement Free environment.

You will process purchases at the POS, promote fitness classes (PE@PF), and maintain a clean, safe club. Starting pay is $12/hour with growth opportunities through milestone-based raises.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Opening Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:45am to 10am

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
