Job summary

Planet Fitness in Chicopee, MA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, and process purchases at the point of sale while promoting fitness classes to active and new members.

The role requires maintaining a clean, safe environment and providing friendly, professional service. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet/sign up new members.
• Process purchases through the POS and sign up new members.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
