Job summary

Planet Fitness in Massachusetts is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. The role starts at $15 per hour with shifts on Wednesdays 3pm-11:15pm, Thursdays 5pm-11:15pm, and Fridays 3pm-9:15pm. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using a script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
