Job summary

Planet Fitness – National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Greenfield, MA. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer calls, and process purchases while promoting fitness classes.

A positive, sales-minded approach helps you deliver a Judgement Free experience. The role offers weekend hours, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and follow information script.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $15 per hour.Hours: Weekends 9am-5pm, 11am-7:15pm.
