Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a Judgement Free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes.

A friendly, proactive approach and basic computer skills are required. Growth opportunities exist with most management tracks starting from entry level.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly, scripted manner.
• Greet members, sign up new members, give tours, and log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
