Planet Fitness in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, and help maintain a welcoming, Judgement Free environment. The position includes POS transactions and promoting fitness classes.

Applicants should have customer service experience, be at least 18, and comfortable with basic computer tasks. PTO and other benefits are available with the role.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
