Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in the Philadelphia area. Starting wage is $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

Growth opportunities and a variety of benefits are offered to eligible team members. You will provide exceptional member service, answer phones, greet and sign up new members, process POS transactions, and promote fitness classes while keeping the club clean

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using a script.
• Greet, sign up, tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
