Job summary

National Fitness Partners’ Planet Fitness location is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions and guide guests to a judgement-free experience. You will sign up new members, log amenities and process sales at the point of sale, while promoting classes and maintaining a clean environment.

Starting at $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year; HS diploma preferred and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and guests, sign up new members and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.
