Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality Judgement Free member experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, sign up new members, and help log amenities while supporting a clean, welcoming club environment.

This role requires customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. Expect weekend shifts and enjoy benefits including PTO, EAP, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, logging amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
