Planet Fitness in Montgomery County, PA is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Representative. You will deliver a superior member experience, answer questions, sign up new members, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Your schedule includes 24 hours per week with shifts Wed–Fri 8:00–2:00 and Sun 10:00–4:00. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with future increases based on anniversary dates.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our members.
