Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Belchertown, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide a superior member experience. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities and keep the club clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $15.00 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Shifts: Mondays: 4:45am-12:15pm, Thursday: 5pm-11pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
