Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness club in Winston-Salem. You will welcome members, handle sign-ups, log amenities, and assist with program promotion while keeping the club clean and safe.

The position offers a friendly team, opportunity for growth, and a schedule with evening and weekend hours. Starting pay is $11 per hour, with typical step increases over time.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
