Job summary

Planet Fitness in Gastonia, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience.

You will greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer phones, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club.

Starting wage is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist with information scripts.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
