Job summary

Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, give tours, log amenities, and respond to questions in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a Judgement Free environment.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year. PTO, EAP, and growth opportunities are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Log amenities and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
